Registration opens on March 18. The event ticket price is $20 and the same price for all participants, including nonmembers and House of Friendship vendors.

Your in-person registration includes the following activities:

  • Admission to the Celebration of Clubs and general sessions, where you’ll hear from inspiring and entertaining speakers, including Boyd Huppert, KARE 11, and DG Patricia McCleese, our District Governor.
  • Opportunities to network and exchange ideas while browsing the House of Friendship
  • Chances to win fun door prizes
  • Continental breakfast, snack break, beverages

  • Friday, May 3 – ( 5:30 – 8 pm ) – Welcome Event, Hospitality, Prairie, and Migrants, at the Carpenter Nature Center, WI. Hosted by local Hudson Rotary Clubs. (Free event) Enjoy the beauty of the nature center while enjoying a glass of wine, appetizers, and fellowship.  Guests are invited to a guided walk in one of the lovely prairies in search of pollinators! We hope to see you there. This free event is brought to you by local Rotary Clubs, but we do need registration by April 26.
  • Saturday, May 4 – (1 pm) Lunch—Dine Around Hudson with fellow Rotarians. Restaurants include Pier 500, Post American Eatery, and the Black Rooster. Registration is required. (attendees pay for their lunch at the restaurants)
  • Saturday, May 4 – (3 – 4 PM)—Octagon House Museum Tour—1004 3rd St, Hudson, WI 54016—Enjoy a tour of the historic Octagon House Museum and be immersed in 1800s furnishings, fixtures, and decor. This is a Rotary Group Tour Block. Tickets can be bought onsite at hudsonoctagonhouse.org. Reduced Rotarian Cost: $12 Students $8 | Families of 4 are $40.
  • Saturday, May 4 – ( 4:30 – 6 PM) Rotary Pub Crawl: Beverages are on your own. (Buy your own drinks)
  • Sunday, May 5  – (7 – 8:30 AM) Rotary Bike Ride: Meet at the Boat House in Lakefront Park across from the Phipps Center for the Arts – Bring your bike and get out an ride Hudson! Weather permitting, local Rotarian bike enthusiasts will guide guests through some of the trail favorites. Free RSVP and join the fun!
  • Sunday, May 5 – (10 – 11:30 AM) Hudson History Walk: Meet at the Boat House in Lakefront Park across from the Phipps Center for the Arts. Enjoy a bit of light, local history? Join local Rotarians for a casual stroll through our Lakefront Heritage Project along the scenic St. Croix and historic areas in our downtown area. Free RSVP is needed.

  • Saturday, May 4 – (3 – 4 pm) Trolley Tour – Hudson Trolley Company Tours board and conclude at 1004 Third Street, Hudson, WI 54016 – Enjoy the beautiful scenery of Hudson aboard a nostalgic trolley car. Nestled in the banks of the St. Croix River Valley, Hudson boasts the best views of the scenic St. Croix River National Waterway, which includes stunning vista parks and many interesting sites.​ Lively narration is sure to entertain all!   • Sunday, May 5 – (12 noon – 2 pm) A Gorgeous Trip Down the St. Croix River Sunday Brunch Cruise -Enjoy the first cruise of the season on the wild and scenic federally protected waterway with good food and friends! In additional to amazing views, the cruise includes a full breakfast/lunch buffet. The boat departs at noon so arrive early!
