You have had a wonderful year. Share your success stories.  Awards submissions are due April 18th.  This is the perfect time to get organized.
We are also looking for a few people to serve as judges. Send your request to District Awards Team member Tedi Carlson
And last but not least, there is a new recognition being introduced, Signature Project Recognition. It is non-competitive. The judges are the members in your club who have to choose just one project to submit.
Submissions for the Signature Project Recognition are due April 20th.
Do you equate literacy with reading? That’s true, but there is much more. Did you know there are 13 different types of literacy? This month we are focusing on financial literacy - the ability to understand and effectively use various financial skills, including personal financial management, budgeting, and investing. Why is it important? It teaches the value of money. Financial literacy keeps us from being debt slaves. It is generally difficult to fix bad decisions concerning finances – it can take several years to do so. Teaching young people about money at an early age will empower them with vital knowledge and skills that will assist them in making informed decisions when it comes to financial matters.
You are invited to hear how the Rotary Club of Arden Hills and Shoreview partnered with the Old National Bank to provide high school students the foundation to understand and manage their personal finances. When: March 16 Time: 7:30-8:15   Location: Zoom
