Although spring never comes to Minnesota in March, I seem to forget that on a yearly basis. This year is obviously no different. However, I do have an opportunity to brighten the next couple of months. Tune into the radio show Searching for Service. District 5960 and 5950s weekly show on 950AM, Sundays from 3-4 pm. If you can't dial it in on your radio, you can stream it live at www.AM950radio.com. Busy on Sundays, you can listen to it as a podcast starting on Mondays. Look it up Searching for Service on your favorite podcast site.

You’ve probably heard DG Dayle Quigley speak about the Awards program throughout the year. As we are closing in on the end of 2022, reviewing the 2022-23 Club Awards checklist is a great time to see what categories you have already completed this year and what is teed up for 2023. Though we are months away from the deadline for Award submission…we know how time flies, and March 29, 2023, will be here before we know it!
The Rotary Club of Prior Lake Celebrated its Rotary Foundation Banquet on March 1! The 125 attendees enjoyed learning more about the Foundation and celebrated their accomplishments as a club and individually. They honored four community members for their contributions to "Doing Good in the World," which is The Rotary Foundation's motto. Rotary District 5960 Governor Dayle Quigley recognized the charter members of the Triple Crown Club those Rotarians that are Major Donors, Bequest Society members, and Paul Harris Society donors. Those recipients were Kyle Haugen, Jack Haugen, Mary Haugen, Paul Hofslien, Sheri Johnston, Manny Perez, Paul Perez, and Susan Perez, pictured above.
