2018 Conference of Clubs House of Friendship

Do you have a successful project you would like to share at the District Conference? Be an exhibitor at the Hall of Friendship.
In 2018, the Hall of Friendship will feature projects from District 5960 as well as a number of Rotary partners and programs.

What’s in it for you?
·        An opportunity to tell your story to over 300 attendees
·        Display space that is in the middle of the action

Manageable timeframe:
Display from 9am to 2:45 pm in the Wakoniya Ballroom Pre Function Space

What’s expected?
Each exhibitor will be asked to provide a one-page handout. That one pager will include brief information about
your project, along with ideas attendees can take back to their clubs and communities. For example:
  • A fundraising idea for high schoolers
  • A proven way to get the attention of local newspaper editors
  • An eye-catching display or activity for a community festival
  • A working model of your project that can be displayed at local schools and libraries
  • A contest idea that helps clubs project the new branding and public image of Rotary
    ·
Keep it visual, keep it fun! Make sure your handout has photos or diagrams to break up the text. Do you know how to create an infographic?
