Welcome incoming Club Presidents.  You have an important task ahead of you... leading your club in effective way that makes a difference!  You are not alone. Being president can be overwhelming. You still have a job and other commitments - and some days it seems like being a president is a full-time endeavor.  Be confident that others have gone through what you are facing and have survived.

Here are three suggestions to make sure that your year as president is all about ROTARY: ROTARY OPENS OPPORTUNITIES.

1.There are past presidents in your club and District leaders who are ready and able to help you. Contact your Area Assistant Governor.
2.Utilize Rotary International Learning Center - https://my.rotary.org/en/learning-reference (Scroll to the bottom for "How To" Video by DG Ed Marek)
3.Build your dream team of local club leaders. Select them; enlist them; train them.
