2.4.10   Strategic Planning Team

 

2.2.10.1  Purpose

The Strategic Planning Team supports the development and implementation, review and updating of the District’s Strategic Plan.
 

2.4.10.2  Composition

The Team Leader shall be a Past District Governor appointed by the person who will be the District Governor when the Team Leader’s three-year term begins.  There shall be two other members of the team, one being the District Governor-elect and the other a Past District Governor appointed by the Team Leader for a one-year term which may be renewed.
 

2.4.10.3  Responsibilities

  1. Supports the development and implementation, review and updating of the District’s Strategic Plan, which is approved by the Board of Directors in accordance with District Bylaws.
  2. Assists with the implementation of the Strategic Plan, including assistance to District Teams in the establishment of goals in support of the Strategic Plan.
  3. Proposes changes and modifications to the Strategic Plan to the Board of Directors.
