The eight Rotary clubs in and around La Crosse, Wisconsin, USA, have created a shared orientation program for new members made up of six sessions every other month. The Rotarians also maintain low walls between 
clubs, doing a lot of activities together. The approach has helped each club grow and thrive, serving their communities with vigor.
